Who you're dealing with

The site and the mods are mine, [your full legal name, or your trading name], of [your postal address]. You can reach me at [contact email]. When these terms say I, me or my, that's who they mean.

What a membership is

A membership is a monthly subscription to one of three tiers. Each tier includes the ones below it.

• App, $1.59 a month: Garry's Skydome App.
• Graphics, $6.59 a month: GarryReal, GarryStellar, Garryfx, Garry's Vanilla+ Skydomes, Garry's Head Cam and Garry's Chaser Camera, plus Garry's Skydome App.
• Tester, $7.59 a month: everything in Graphics, plus early test builds and a say in what gets built next.

Garry's App Hub, Garry's PPFilter App, Garry's NeckFx App and Garry's and Maiven's Chaser Cam App are free for everyone, along with anything else marked free on the site.

What's in a tier changes over time as I add, update and retire things. If I take something out of a tier, I'll [how much notice you give, and where]. Test builds are unfinished by nature and can break or change without warning.

You need your own copy of Assetto Corsa to use any of it, and each post says what else it needs.

Paying

Payments are taken by [Stripe through Stripe Managed Payments, or Tebex, keep whichever is live]. They're the merchant of record, which means they sell you the membership, take the payment, charge any tax and send your receipts. Their terms cover the payment itself, [link to the provider's terms]. The site only asks you for a tier and an email, and never sees your card details.

Your account is made once the payment goes through. You come back to the site signed in, and a welcome email has a link to sign in anywhere else.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account page with Manage payment. You keep your tier until the end of the month you've paid for, then it stops and you won't be charged again. Cancelling doesn't refund the rest of that month.

If a payment is fully refunded or charged back, your tier ends straight away and the subscription is stopped.

If something you've paid for doesn't work as described, tell me at [contact email] and I'll fix it, or sort out a refund if I can't.

Patreon members

If you support me on Patreon, sign in and link your Patreon on your account page, and your tier carries over. Your pledge, changing tier and cancelling all happen on Patreon under Patreon's terms, and the site never takes a payment from a linked patron. If your pledge ends or is refunded, your tier on the site ends the same way.

Using the mods and apps

The mods and apps stay mine (Garry's and Maiven's Chaser Cam App is mine and Maiven's). When you download one you get a personal licence to install and use it on your own PCs, for your own use. The licence isn't exclusive and you can't pass it on.

You can't:

• share, upload or send the files, or your download links, to anyone else
• sell them, or put them in anything you sell or give away, like a mod pack or a paid preset
• pass them off as your own, or take the credits out
• share your account so other people can download from it

Assetto Corsa belongs to Kunos Simulazioni, and the site and the mods aren't affiliated with them.

Things you share

When you share a preset, screenshots or anything else on the site or from my apps, it stays yours. You let me host it, show it, and let other people download it and use it in my apps, for as long as it's up.

Only share what's yours to share. Nothing offensive, nothing that copies someone else's work without their OK, and nothing that breaks the law. Things you share can wait for my approval before they show (only you can see them while they wait), and I can turn down, hide or take down anything, and stop a PC or account from sharing.

Your account

One account per person. You sign in with Discord or a link sent to your email, so keep those safe, they're the keys to your account. You're responsible for what's done on it.

Only link your own PCs. I can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing downloads or charging back a payment that went through. [Whether you refund any paid time left when you close an account for breaking the terms]

You can delete your account any time from your account page. You've got 7 days to change your mind, and the privacy page has the details.

Keeping it running

The site, the Hub installs and the downloads run on other companies' services, and I can't promise they'll never be down. Updates to Assetto Corsa, Custom Shaders Patch or Content Manager can also break things, and I'll fix what I can. Mods and apps get updated, changed and sometimes retired.

If something goes wrong

Back up your Assetto Corsa folder before you install anything.

The mods and apps are for personal use, so I'm not responsible for any business losses. I'm also not responsible for losses nobody could have seen coming, or for problems caused by other mods, other software or changes you've made. Otherwise, the most I'm liable for is what you've paid me in the [12] months before the problem.

None of this limits my liability for death or injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't let me limit, and it doesn't touch your rights as a consumer, like digital content having to be as described.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, the date at the top moves. If it's a change that matters to members, I'll [say how you'll tell them, by email or on Discord] before it applies to you.

The law that applies

These terms are under the law of [England and Wales], and its courts deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can bring a claim there too, and if you live elsewhere you keep any consumer protections your own country's law gives you.
